The Discussion Boards offer a virtual space where team members can engage in real-time conversations. It's a platform that encourages open dialogue, making it easy for team members to share their thoughts, feedback, and ideas with the entire team.
How does the community based leadership coaching work?
Every manager/leader brings a unique experience to the table. We believe that to truly change workplace culture for the better, we can all learn something from each other. You'll be invited to join a monthly virtual coaching session where you'll be able to discuss your findings with other leaders using ShowUp.
